I'm dealing with depression again snd I've been out of
Ip for a week. I was on a AP while there for psychosis but not anymore.

I'm scared how fast I feel bad again. I seriously considered OD last night and even researched to see how much I needed to take. It was hard to resist.

I see my new pdoc march 29.

I'm scared the psychosis will return it this depression will get worse. My new pdoc is the one I saw while ip recently. He's amazing.

I'm not really sure what to do.
