I miss you. But this disease I have is taken it's toll on me I can barley put together a sentence, walking has become difficult but I still try to walk 2 miles every morning then I come home and crash for a couple of hours. I have needed a lot of support. I have found a site that really supports all that ails me. I feel that my body is not ours any more it belongs to some one else. I am seeing a cranial-sacrial therapist. She really knows how to hit all of my trigger areas physical and mental, they are all joined. That has been interesting to learn. So for all of you who know me. Take good care of yourselves. I will be back, I hope very soon.
