I'm a teen and can't afford to see a therapist. They want $90-$120 an hour, I've tried talking to my parents about letting me see one, but they always say no. I feel like I have no one to talk to. I have tried talking to my parents before, only to have my dad start mocking how I feel. I tend to bottle everything up, because I feel like it is not important anymore. What I'm going through shouldn't matter. They hardly ever show me any compassion, my mom is always putting me down 24/7 telling me everything is my fault and that I should be "ashamed" I have been hearing this(no lie) almost everyday since I was in the 4th grade. I also get told I'm messed up because I identify with stuff in the LGBTQA. They never stop. What would you do? Any advice?
