I am a diabetic and psych meds have made me fat but he took me off those particular meds yesterday. I need to lose the weight and get my sugar down also. I really believe that exercise will help my depression too. And maybe I won't feel and look so old. There is no reason not to do it: my apartment is just across the parking lot from me, and the air-conditioned gym that no one ever goes to is never used. I can take my radio and work until I am done.

I went to the thrift store today and got a Tshirt big enough for me and I have a pair of ugly sweat pants that I'm going to cut into capri length and those will be my workout clothes.

I begin March 1. I'll be back with results. As of today I weigh 174.
