I am the best man. The major change I did was cut out sugar. No juice none in my coffee no sugar snacks. I felt more energetic. Although mornings still a drag till I finish my coffee or two. I also went to 3 meals a snack and protein shake. Trying to aim for higher protein but in general keeping it all healthy.
In the ten week challenge in aiming for 70 lbs. I feel this is slightly unrealistic but possible. This is part of my kickboxing and I'm constantly being check only one of the trainers. I kickbox at least 3x a week and lift 4x. I'll be happy with 50. Then 50 more till next February and I'll look good.
