There are very few foods that I can eat any more... due to the damage to my system...
non-sugar nautral peanut butter
whole grain toast - no butter.. margaine..
tuna fish..
light mircle whip..
eggs..
organic yogurt..
apples as long as it is with peanut butter
oatmeal..
banana - as long as it is yougrt
blueberries.. as long as it is in yougrt
that is pretty much my "list".... anything else... cause severe pain...
And binging on organic yogurt - that is not for lbs.. it is the only thing my system will tolerate..
I try to keep my sense of humor...sometimes it is hard.. I want to cry.. and cry..
