So before I started treatment for bipolar I would get severe migraines to the point of pukinig. I never went in for a shot but tried every Otc combo I could. the winner, 800 mg ibuprofen and one 200mg caffeine tablet. I don't know why separating the ibu and caffeine helped and not just the regular migraine tablet where they are combined but it did. Mine came one every week and lasted three days the first day the worst. I followed this for years.

No matter how small, a positive change deserves to be celebrated!
