I see my T twice a week and have been for a few months now. I find it incredibly helpful. It was so hard for me between sessions when I was just seeing her once. But two times is a lot better. You should ask your T if you can see her more. I don't think it really matters whether you just want it or if you need it. Either way, you should see if you can do it.
