I've been seeing my first T twice a week for almost two years. When I started with her, we were at once a week.... but we mutually agreed that we should go to two sessions per week temporarily. Well, over a year and a half later, I'm still at twice a week.

I'd just ask your T if she has time to offer twice a week sessions for the moment.
