Oh boy I love it when I go to bed early then wake up 4 hours later fully awake. Sigh. At least my friend who lives in America is talking to me. I thought I'd be good with going to bed early. I've only just taken my meds now in hope of sleeping again. I don't know if the alcohol has to do with the sleeping cycle. But I didn't take my meds before falling asleep. I had about 8 drinks which sent me to sleep for a while. Maybe I'll sleep later..
