Welcome both you newbies! Waning moon, you have to stop and think why do you feel different? Then journal how you act different from others, the things you say or do. then discuss those with a counselor and they can help you see if you suffer from a disorder of any kind. I know what you mean. Many of us were raised in dysfunctional and toxic families which seems to be the new norm now that you don't know you aren't normal. So it takes anothers perspective to help us find out. Counselors are wonderful to go to and they can screen to see if you need to see a psychiatrist. they in turn can do the testing and then place us on a good medicine that will be compatible with what we need. i wish you all the best. it is not a bad thing rather a good thing to admit you are deficient in some areas and need help. we are all here to help one another, tc
