The advice is if you bleed between your period, or after anything sexual, you should get checked out because although it could be any number of things, you do need to find out the cause to rule out anything serious.
Also, the guy took advantage of you. It's not okay to do that. If you were that drunk that you can't remember anything then you were too drunk to consent to anything. Not only that, but you said it was unwanted. It doesn't matter that you were drunk, it doesn't matter if you were flirting, or anything else. It is assault if it's unwanted and/or you were too drunk to consent, no matter the circumstances that led to this. Talk to someone about it. I hope you're okay
