What motivation teckniques have you used before? Can you make them active again?
One way of doing it is to hang up small paper tags on the doors. When you hang them up in the evening, you are preparing yourself for the next morning. When the morning comes you see the reminders and perhaps get motivated. If that doesn't help, may be it is an idea to go to bed again and put a timer on for 10 minutes. While waiting for the alarm, you might fill your head with motivating thoughts and then jump out of bed when the time is used and into the bathroom.
