Ahhh! Well it might just be what you need. Can you go a whole month like this?? More importantly without hurting yourself?? Keep yourself safe and consider it. No one likes IP but I will admit that the times I went, yea I needed it and I'm not mad at the people that spoke up to put me there. In the long run, I'm still on this earth because of it.
