Are you suppose to take both medicines twice a day or just the BuSpar? 20mg of Lexapro is the max dose for this drug, and if taking that twice a day, well your taking twice the maximum, which could explain stuff. If it's just the BuSpar, I'm not familiar with the situation, so I can't help you. I'm sure if you looked into it more, the information would appear. Hope this helps
