I've recently felt overwhelmed by too many situations past and present. probably past traumas,triggers and fears.
I hope you are feeing some relief.
I like how you were able to use reassuring words.
It is ok. You are not doing so badly. You are doing some things well.
Hang on. Hope for change. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
Lets continue to give this encouragement to ourselves and others.
It is exactly what I want and need too.....compassion.
