Im trying to do both and while therapy provided some revelations it is far from truly helpful with this depression. Meds much the same. I signed a release for T to speak to NP to provide some insight on our revelations today. Helpful to her? Wont know until T gets back to me about her conversations with NP and ultimately until I see NP again...end of march maybe sooner. I am continuing to take meds as prescribed despite their lack of helpfulness at this point.
