Anti depressants just made things worse, I just became more suicidal in the long run and tried to kill myself, they also made me gain 20 kgs and rapidly cycle for over a year (thanks psychiatrists). ECT did nothing whatsoever and atypical antipsycotics like abilify and geodon gave me severe anxiety to the point of paranoia.
