I was taking it at night for many years.
Then I read the 'net that is was activating, and switched to morning.
I'm spending the day in lethargy and maybe is from taking it in the morning.
Or could be the night meds: Trazodone, xanax and remeron.

Is it axtivating or sedating to you.
