I have a mantra. It's basically "C'est la vie" which I personally translate to mean "It is what it is." I know it translates literally to "Such is life", but the meaning is the same, is it not? Or one could translate it to "***** happens" I guess.

Anyways, it's just a little phrase I like to say to remind me that life has it's ups and downs and sometimes things happen, good or bad, and it's out of our control. It's best just to accept the inevitable and go about the hand we are dealt the best way possible. That's what I believe.
