What has your T thought about your progress and the goals for your future? You mention that you would like to be more social and confident and get a gf. If these are your concerns, this is where you could be focused in your sessions. Maybe the reasons for these concerns can be discussed so that you can overcome the obstacles and reach the goal.\
Also, I think you should be able to ask anything you want. Afterall, you're paying them. And that feeling of comfort with your T is important to be able to do so. Good luck!
