I am non denominational, but 2 of my closest friends are Catholic. They are right here with me and they said they had never even heard of any of those "rules" before. It is human nature to have sexual urges like this and it is very hard to resist at times. In the past 50 years the world has become way over sexualized though. And if it is a constant thing it may be a health issue like hormone irregularities (happened to my ex's older brother) so you might want to consult a doctor if that's so. Don't feel guilty for anything at all, it sounds completely normal
