When I feel like that I write it down on paper (usually a list) and get it "out" of me so my head doesn't have to contain it all. Too, I can cross off things on a list as I do them which is always satisfying. But I have lists of things I don't get to at all (and end up throwing away when I find them weeks or months later :-) or feel I don't have to get to right away now because they're on the list instead of jumping up and down in my head :-)
