Oh boy. Well I actually just lost my job from my anxiety/panic attacks and a certain BP med that made me very unstable. And it didn't help that I was loading up on caffeine big time. I was self medicating and desperate to cope with the demanding atmosphere at work.
But what did help was my ativan. I also take buspar daily. Like Keegan said, stay away from caffeine or anything stimulating or activating. Get enough sleep incase you take a med specifically for sleep so you're not waking up with that hangover feeling. And if it doesn't go away and it actually starts effecting your work performance then consider finding a less stressful job. Nothing wrong with that!
In other words, don't do what I did! Really hope you find some relief soon. I understand how much anxiety effects our jobs.
