I do not know enough about the law to answer your question; my guess is yes since it is 3 weeks before your 16th birthday your T would have to report statutory rape to the law and your legal guardian. Could you talk to someone in chat or on a hotline (sexual assault flashbacks/current situation stresses can be anonoymous on DV/rape hotlines) right now to get help faster. Lots of ladies need some support both for an important event as consenting to lose your virginity or worry about results from that decision. The hotline staff can help review expected sexual trauma responses and how they are "stirred up" when new experiences "rearrange" our current feelings/needs.
