I once was super motivates not to go ip. I had therapy every day and Pdoc once per week.
It was expensive.
If you go ip your ins or your family's will pay some?
I don't know much about So Africa.
I'd get on some Meds that help you cope. You could go back to school if you could get a med combo that works for you.
