Today was a light work day. I was able to get in a nap, a 2.5 mile walk, tea and conversation with a great friend, and now I'm sitting with my cockatoo. Typing with a cockatoo, though, is somewhat a challenge. Like a dog, he will take my finger in his beak and push it towards his head for a pet.

I didn't get a lot done, but I've been stable and happy. Egads now the bird is picking at a small scab on my hand. Birds....
