Yes. When I have med changes I keep the old ones.
I have a ex -friend ( the guy who's been embezzling ) he works but says he can't afford his Meds. So I gave him 2 big bottles of Cymbalta.
( I'll never take them again they were almost impossible to wean off.

I don't share Meds in the states though.

My husband takes my old Valium at night when he can't sleep.
