I feel much better when I have veggies with my breakfast. I don't know why. I saute up some zucchini, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and leafy green (usually chard). I throw an egg or two on that on the stove & scramble it in. Salsa on top. I feel great much of the rest of the day. I can't get the motivation up to do that a lot of the time, but when I do, it's a great start.
