I feel much better when I don't go crazy on the carbs, so I've been trying to reduce them (because I looooove carbs). I think it help with both mood and energy.
I tend to skip breakfast and lunch a lot through my work week, so I won't offer much there. Very often a bowl of oatmeal for lunch here.
I like just fruit or veggies w/ hummus or cheese for snacks. Sometimes I'll have a small plate with a little of all of them. Or bananas or apples with peanut butter.
Dinner for me is very often just a meat and a vegetable. Whatever is on sale. Tonight I tried spaghetti squash stuffed with spaghetti sauce, Italian sausage, and some mozarella (it was delicious).
