Is there a reason you aren't on medication?
I cannot tolerate the side effects of psych drugs, and I guess philosophically speaking I am in the Peter Briggen camp. But I don't want to dispute that for others they are a blessing. For me, the opposite. I feel much better today after talking to so many good people here on PC. It seems for me now it must be a case that it gets darkest before the dawn. I think this demonic depressive episode is finally starting to break up. Praise the Lord!
