Yup. For the same reason -- fear of suddenly being cut off and having no money to do anything about it. I especially fear that situation if it were to happen with lamictal. That would not be good! A number of years ago, I actually calculated how many I'd need for a ramp down, and slowly set them aside. Just in case.

I don't have a current calculation, but do put any missed doses into an old bottle (with "backstock" written on it). In the interest of avoiding any potential expiration problems, I swap out periodically.
