What do you think of the Minute Clinic type deals in the pharmacy? And would it be less expensive than going to my family practice ($125 plus labs) and seeing an MD instead of a NP?

I went to the clinic in the grocery store with my recent sinus thing. They're great. Walk-in, little or no wait time, and I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids which I picked up from the pharmacy right there in the store.
