I know what you mean about eating out. When I worked I and we had company lunches, I would be sick befor it ever started because I was so stressed about having to eat in public. Since it was business I couldn't just get up and walk out on my boss.

Since I've got a new Dr and he dx'd the Ulcerative Colitis along with the IBS and given me new meds, it's made such a huge difference in my life for the better.
