Depression got to me, broke down and messaged him on chat. He didn't answer, and I'm embarrassed. Hopefully, won't do it again. Only documenting it as a deterrent if I end up reading this later.

Going to try to call a different pdoc tomorrow and see if they can see me sooner. Things aren't working the way they are now.
