Thanks for the feed back guys. I am pleased that it has worked four for some of you. Last night I didn't have any nightmares so that in itself is a bonus. I also had a better night's sleep too. How long does a p'doc wait until it gets increased to 40mg. Today my anxiety wasn't so off the chart either so here is hoping.

A few years back now I was on Tegretol for 3 days. I had the worst case of hives and that took a month to move out of my system. I am a little freaked that a rash will raise it's very ugly head on Latuda. Hopefully not.

I think I can manage a small bowl of cereal at night to help it be absorbed into my system. I have no idea what the caloric value is. Anything is better than an empty tummy tough. Does chocolate count?

Fingers crossed that my itchy skin will settle. Otherwise my p'doc will have a very unhappy person in his office.
