You said you've been up and down... Are you on a stabilizer? I tried lamictal and it made me mixed and dysphoric but now I'm on trileptal which isn't stimulating and it helped (until I started the stimulants though). Being on uppers was the biggest mistake my pdoc could of made! So at all costs avoid anything like that. Hope you find the right cocktail soon! Putting a deadline on my sanity would drive me nuts because I'd feel forced to get better OR ELSE.

I did up my lamictal, I thought it would help my rapid cycling but now I feel like its made it worse? I'm also on geodon which is making my anxiety worse as well so I feel crazy. I really don't want to go on lithium but it seems I might have to... Its just that I gained a crazy amount of weight on seroquel and effexor (20kgs) in 6 months so I'm scared. I'm over 100kgs now so I'm worried about diabetes and hypertension. I'm only 22. I shouldn't have to worry about these things.
