Sounds like a really hard day for you...........and some days can seem endless, like you're never going to make it through them

But........maybe just try to focus on half an hour......an hour at a time...........or one task at a time.........the end of the day, when you can be alone/no pressure
will come.
Even plan something for when you get home...........something that could help a little...........whether that's a "treat", watching something, relaxing, taking a bath...........
whatever..........just something "positive" to focus on/remind yourself of.........
And if you could spread some breaks out...........even take more "bathroom" breaks..........

can do this!!!
