I've recently decided to take control of my depression and to try to get on the right track. I'm so nervous and scared because some people in my family don't believe depression is a real thing and I feel constantly judged by other people but I've decided that I don't really care what these people think because they don't have to live inside my head every day and feel how I feel everyday. So I'm looking forward to trying my best to feel happy or anything again
