It so is possible! I relate to that description it's just perfect.
What is the worst that will happen if you lose that control? Isn't it less harmful than the bottle?
No one can cry for ever, you always run out of tears, then I get that sort of quiet aching tiredness which can lead to the peace of a good sleep.
You still have control over other things even if you cry, when you really cry, it's hard to do some other things you're trying to stay in control of. At least it can be for me.
Whatever you choose, I hope you find a seed of peace somewhere.
