Sorry if my issue sounds absurd , but It really is hurting me so here it is : I have a strong tendency to stay up late at night .this is harmful in many ways , dizziness in the morning , late night eating , …
I've had periods of up to 4 month of regular sleep ( going to sleep at 12 waking up at 7, having a short mid-day nap) but I just tend to fall back to not getting anything done during the day , then
staying up to do them , and rarely actually doing them , yet I feel like staying up . i don't know what's wrong with me I know the consequences of such a bad routine but can't get myself to fix It .anyone have similar experiences ?
? I'm not sure if I'm a night owl coz I don't function well in either day or night.
