The keeping busy during the day i know is very helpful but the thing is that , i have no trouble going to sleep whenever i want to , but i just don't feel like doing so at night.and i also lack the willpower to do my tasks during the day. I put them off and off so that i have to stay up late and do them in the last hours.
I know that i 'm taking a very passive role in my life not changing this so i guess this might have roots in other issues of mine .
