Years ago... I did smash my band... then years after that.. I took it.. and two other rings that were from my childhood - really bad memories from them..

Took them to a local jewlery designer.. and described what I wanted... and he created a most beautiful ring.. from all that "crap".. it is a very heavy ring. due to all the gold of the 3 rings .. and I choose a stone that was symbolic to me..

But.. I love the ring.. out of uglyness came something very beautiful... sorta like a healing.. process...
