I sure let my feelings take me over. I watched it happen yesterday from in the middle of it. How odd to be inside the feelings, yet also have a part of me observing from outside of them. That same observing self said calm the hell down and I did. It was about my frustration with h. I didn't know how to handle him yest and became momentarily overwhelmed.
