Not sure what exactly happened in session yesterday but I feel, odd? I don't feel like myself. I don't feel weighted down by darkness either, perhaps this is what "okay" feels like? No idea. Couldn't go to work this morning though. But my safe place in my home is now spotless and smells like fresh roses. I just feel weird, but not a bad weird. Not sure how to explain it.......
