Serious answer: Well, it has to; statements like that are never said with no context. ...surely there's something bad about that? Surely it's a subtle condemnation of the irrational masses? Or else it's triumphing the irrational over cold , sterile, limiting rationality... I can't tell which. So, is this an admirable thing or a despicable one? Is it the right or wrong way to be? Surely it's one or the other...
