How long have you been on Lexapro for?

When I first started Lexapro, it made my anxiety fluctuate. Sometimes my anxiety would be nonexistent; other times, my anxiety would be sky high. It took a while for my body to adjust to the medication (like a few weeks). That's why I ask.

Upping your dose may help, but if you're still adapting to Lexapro, you may need to give it more time.
