My therapist gave me a DBT checklist to do and I feel like it will show how unstable I really am. The therapist seemed less timid and had a game plan so I felt better about therapy. I'm trying to get more organized for uni and make a good comeback; my last grade for one class was a 99 and the other class was a 40 so I'm all over the place test wise.
