I was a mess when I was going to CBT. It was between my 1st and 2nd hospitalizations I went for about 6 months but I don't remember much about that time period. I was delusional at the time but I was only being treated for bipolar. It was an ugly time I'm glad to have forgotten. I think trying it again would be beneficial though.
