I haven't touched any soy product in years. I personally don't think western women should eat any soy products.
Anything with tryptophan is good, and bananas have tryptophan, which in turn helps to make serotonin. I think. I'm still learning.
Certain foods are both calming and energizing. (Bananas once again a big winner in this category.)
My next step is eliminating coffee but withdrawal may take a year! Will probably first try to switch to black and green tea.
Oh yeah, green tea is supposedly a good drink.
It sure takes a lot to learn what is good and what is not.
